Xhorse VVDI2 Key Programmer Reviews

Have manage to program a transponder on a Q7  with  VVDI2 xhorse , but for the remote to work must be a dealer key , otherwise remote will not work you need a chip on board key for the remote to work as the remote codes in with transponder. There is no separate remote coding procedure on these 8E systems. There are a lot of Chinese keys with separate remote board and transponder chip.. these are useless, the chip will start the car but the remote will never work! so it’s dealer key then? a dealer key is a pre coded key from the factory ordered by a dealer to a vehicle vin number. You do not need a dealer key you just need to make sure you are buying the correct 'all in one' key from your supplier and not the Chinese keys with separate remote board and transponder chip.

What does Xhorse VVDI2 "remaining synchronization time" refer to: You will see the message - "remaining synchronization time: xx days" on the top of the VVDI2 interface The number of days is from 30 to 0, display in a circle The counting numerals in reverse order to 0 It means that the VVDI2 unit is synchronized with the Xhorse factory once per month (30 days) When it turns to be "0 days", the VVDI2 will automatically synchronized with the Xhorse Network connection is required to synchronization Once synchronized, vvdi2 would get update information from the Xhorse server.
