Xhorse VVDI2 4.9.0 updated Review

VVDI2 BMW 4.9.0 add a new function: ECU / CAS ISN !!! (Menu-> Learning Key-> ECU / CAS ISN).

5. Reading EEPROM CAS3 + (ISTAP) OBDII incomplete EEPROM, pressing the key dealer, DO NOT WRITE this file on CAS)
